This ex-designer fabric is a meshy tulle. It's has the typical rigidity of a basic tulle, with a gentle structure and softer handle. It has a bit of stretch and bouncier feel that give it a mesh like finish. The topside is smooth, and the reverse more textured with the tulle weave. Woven from a network of tiny interconnecting diamonds which gives it the characteristic net like appearance. Perfect for underskirts, lingerie, giving volume in skirts, and crafting alike!
